About
Us
We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions—because this work isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Carmona Insights partners with providers, community-based organizations, and health plans across California to advance access, equity, and quality in the Medi-Cal system.
From Los Angeles and Southern California to regions statewide, we bring expertise in CalAIM, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports (CS), and Community Health Worker (CHW) programs. Our mission-driven team helps organizations strengthen population health, health equity, and social determinants of health (SDOH) while navigating the complexities of Medicaid and health policy.
Our
Mission
We provide forward-looking community health program implementation support to mission-driven organizations, resulting in increased quality care for underserved populations.
Core
Values
-
We believe that health care is a human right. The populations we serve have the most to gain by advances in technology and economic growth. Everyone deserves to benefit from advances that enable them to reach their full potential.
-
We believe in love. We believe that our connection to each other gives us collective power. We don’t do anything alone. Sometimes all you need to make that big leap is to reach out in a way you hadn’t considered before.
-
We believe in being honest with ourselves. We believe in clear, true assessments of where we are and the challenges we face. Only by facing the truth head on can we recognize where we are and the real path forward.
-
We believe in never giving up. We believe “I don’t know” is the best way to kick off a journey. We believe “no” and “can’t” are invitations to get creative. Roadblocks are often catalysts for better ideas.
-
We believe in taking time to think. We believe in taking time to celebrate. Reflecting on where we’ve been and where we are going helps us to understand the world, work smarter and recharge for the work ahead.
