In her various roles, Cynthia has implemented several major health care initiatives including My Health LA, the Low Income Health Program transition to Medi-Cal under the Affordable Care Act, the Health Homes Program, and CalAIM Enhanced Care Management & Community Supports.

Vanessa has over 18 years of experience across health policy, healthcare operations, and community engagement. She has worked directly with members and underserved communities and led Medi-Cal initiatives across managed care plans, safety net providers, and community-based organizations. Vanessa helps inform policy, translate regulatory requirements into operational strategies, and convene diverse stakeholders to address shared challenges. Her work spans Health Homes, CalAIM Enhanced Care Management & Community Supports, health IT, operational governance, healthcare workforce development, and performance improvement.

Eric brings over 18 years of leadership experience in healthcare, spanning large health systems and nonprofit organizations. He has a strong track record of driving improved health and social outcomes for underserved communities. Throughout his career, Eric has led strategic and operational initiatives across health plans, provider networks, and community-based organizations. His work includes developing clinically integrated networks, expanding public reimbursement strategies, improving care delivery, and growing value-based contracting efforts.
